What Items Do You Accept for Curbside Junk Removal?

We generally accept large items that don’t fit in a garbage can, such as couches, mattresses, TVs, appliances, gym equipment. But we accept a bulk of items, such as fake plants, stools, small electronics, etc.

Items that contain freon are subject to a slightly higher price do to the recapture process that recycling centers require.

We do not accept food waste or hazardous materials like chemicals, biohazards, or any type of paint, construction materials, wood, tires or wheels, and we do not do cleanouts at this time.

Be sure to remove all contents from the items before pick-up(e.g. food, water, or anything that is not a part of the item).

How Does Your Booking and Pickup Process Work?

Booking is easy! Use the “Book Online” button on our site to schedule, we use ZenBooker to complete your order. Select your pickup size, Select your pickup date, pay online. Place your items curbside by 8:00 AM on your scheduled day, and we’ll pick up between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM(along the most efficient route). We'll send a confirmation email with details.

How much do you charge?

Our pricing varies depending on how many items you need picked up, but your first item, such as a mattress, is just $95. We offer a variety of options to fit your needs and budget. Please visit our services page for more information.

Do you offer a service to remove items from inside my residence?

Unfortunately, we don't currently offer a clean out service. In order to ensure that our service is simple and the most affordable option, we only pick-up items that are waiting for us at the street(or near your apartment building entrance).

What Are Your Pricing and Refund Policies?

Our pricing starts at $95 per item (e.g., couch, mattress, TV), confirmed at booking and payment is required upfront. You can cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before your pickup; within 24 hours, no refunds are issued but we can reschedule you for a later date(up to one time). If we can’t complete the pickup (e.g., due to hazardous items), we’ll refund you within 5 business days. See our Refund Policy for details.

Do You Recycle the Items You Pick Up?

Yes, we recycle whenever possible! TVs and electronics are taken to E-Cycle Washington drop-off sites. Other items, like appliances, are processed at local recycling centers. Non-recyclable items are disposed of responsibly at Pierce County landfills. Refrigerators and appliances with freon require an additional charge as recycling centers require it to be captured. Tires and wheels also require additional recycling fees.
